Purpose of the Conditions: the Website

These General Terms of Use (the "Conditions") govern access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Conditions, the Website means: the external appearance of the interfaces, both static and dynamic (the navigation tree), and all elements integrated therein (the "Contents"), as well as all online services or resources offered to users (the "Services").

Innovation Campus reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website, the Contents and the Services. The User acknowledges and accepts that Innovation Campus may at any time interrupt, deactivate and/or cancel access to such elements.

Access to the Website is free of charge, save for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the User's access provider. The use of certain Contents or Services may require the User's prior registration.

Access to, navigation on and use of the Website confer User status and imply acceptance of these Conditions and their subsequent amendments, without prejudice to applicable law. Users are advised to read them on each visit.

These are works protected under Spanish law, EU regulations and the international treaties signed by Spain.

The relationship between the User and Innovation Campus shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise regarding the interpretation and/or application of these Conditions, the parties shall submit to the ordinary courts having jurisdiction under the law.
