What is UX design and how it works?

The UX design (User Experience) is to create a website thinking about your user, and that’s the most important thing because a user is your potential or actual client and your source of income.



Nowadays, everybody can create a website using different online platforms. You can do something easy and fast or even e-commerce. The problem is that most of the people don’t do it having in mind the user, and this could be the difference between success and failure.

When site navigation makes logical sense, people are more easily able to find what they’re looking for and spend more time on your helpful website, always remember not to over-structure your site.

It is known that people like stylish and visual designs but, we’re not just talking about pretty pictures, we’re talking about a way to visualize information in a simple way that makes sense with your product and to the client.

Be organised when you are writing


Use short and easy sentences because they are faster and more attractive to users. Most of the people don’t really read the text on websites so if you need to communicate something, be clear and concise.

There are somethings that people think are obvious, but they don’t do it. For example a “go back” bottom is essential. Don’t consider anything settle, users can always make mistakes.

Another important thing is the contact page. It is supposed to be the most important part on a website so, Why do you put it as the last page on the menu? Think about it!

The search bottom is the fastest way to find something on a website. Give to the users this tool and they will have a better experience.


Be Clear  


Have you ever visited a website to buy something and get angry because you don’t know how to do it? If you want a user making an action, tell them how to do it, step by step. 


“Register necessary” 


It is good to get potential customers but sometimes the user is on your website to place a booking or shop just once. Give them the option of buying as “invited”, otherwise they’ll (maybe) decide to buy in another place.

A good website without a good speed will be always bad for UX design.
